Most orders ship same day. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

GoodBulb will ship via ground shipping service to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping upgrades are available (Next Day, 2nd Day, etc.) for an additional charge.
Costs associated with a shipping upgrade are based on the final weight of the shipment. GoodBulb may select an alternative shipper depending on the size and weight of your item. Additional shipping and handling charges will apply to orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. Territories).

Shipping and handling charges, along with any charged freight, are non-refundable when GoodBulb has made no error in merchandising or shipping. Contact our lighting specialists at 701-205-4953 with questions regarding shipping.

GoodBulb is not liable or responsible for lost or wrongly delivered packages. However, if you believe your package has been misplaced in transit, please contact us at 701-205-4953 or customercare@goodbulb.com and we will do our best to help.

GoodBulb reserves the right to change its shipping policies at any time.

Pick-up

Arrangements may be made to pick up your order at our Fargo, ND, location. Please contact us at 701-205-4953.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, call our Customer Service at 701-205-4953 during normal business hours, or you may email us at customercare@goodbulb.com.
P.O. Boxes

Most orders ship via USPS or UPS. Shipments over 2 lbs. sent to P.O. Boxes can only be shipped via USPS and may incur additional charges. Please contact Customer Service at 701-205-4953 or customercare@goodbulb.com for details.

Alaska & Hawaii or APO, FPO & DPO Shipping

Express & Overnight

Express and overnight delivery orders placed after 10 a.m. Central Standard Time will be shipped the following business day. Express and Overnight orders deliver Monday through Friday; Saturday and Sunday are not considered Service Days for Express and Overnight deliveries.

Express and Overnight deliveries are available only to the continental United States.

For questions regarding your Overnight or Express orders, please contact 701-205-4953 during standard business hours (8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday). Any changes to express shipping status must occur within one hour of placing the order or GoodBulb will assume the method is accepted and proceed with delivery. If the order is placed outside of standard business hours, the account manager must be contacted before 10 a.m. Central Standard Time the next business day.

Returns

GoodBulb offers prepaid returns for all return requests received within 30 days from delivery. Customers will be responsible for return postage after 30 days, and returns are not accepted after 60 days from delivery.
Damages, shortages, and any other issues with your order must be reported to GoodBulb within 5 business days from delivery. Replacements requested due to damage, shortage or other issues after this window will be billed to your account.
Warranty replacements are not subject to this policy.
