Going on a U-Bend(er)?

GoodBulb U-Bend LED tube lights are ideal replacements for fluorescent and CFL tubes. The primary advantages to having LEDs in linear lighting fixtures are that LEDs have lower Wattage for the same level of lumens, they last up to 50,000 hours of use, and they contain no mercury or other harmful substances.

Some LED tubes are compatible with ballasts existing in fluorescent fixtures and some do not require ballasts at all, while others will work either way. Ballast compatibility should be specified in the descriptions for each LED tube, so you know precisely how each light works and can get the one you need. You can also reach out to us if you have any questions at all about this (or anything else lighting related) by phone, email, or live chat!

Did You Know?

By 2021, at least 50% of all U.S. residential light sockets will be LED.

Light Bulb Moment

LEDs can last up to 22 years. If you were to install a new LED into your nursery on the day your new baby was born, odds are that the same light bulb will still be burning brightly by the time he or she graduates from college! The average incandescent light bulb only lasts for roughly 5000 hours, and uses more than double the energy per hour than an LED, as well, meaning that by installing just one LED in your home you are saving hundreds of dollars on energy costs and replacement bulbs, and stopping roughly 38 light bulbs from ending up in the dump. Can you imagine the savings if you replaced all your incandescent or CFL bulbs with LEDs...? We can help with that.
