Local Customers:

Arrangements may be made to pick up the order at our Fargo, ND location.  Local accounts can also utilize are local delivery company for flat rate shipping.  Our in-house team of Certified Lighting Specialists, showroom and warehouse is open to our local friends.

 

Payment Questions

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards are accepted. Payment by cashier’s check, money order, or personal check is also acceptable providing the order is placed directly with a Sales Associate.

How do I change or cancel my order?

A request to modify or cancel an order can be made through our Customer Care Department. Please email us at CustomerCare@GoodBulb.com or by calling 701.205.4953 during standard business hours (8am to 5pm CST).
